Healthcare Coordinator

A Healthcare coordinator is a trained healthcare professional who helps to manage the patient’s condition, oversees the treatment plan, and advocates for them when necessary. They monitor and coordinate treatment plans with the patient, their physicians, and family as indicated. Equally important is educating the patient and their support system about their condition while helping to utilize community resources.

 

As an RN I am uniquely positioned as an effective coordinator because of my education, training, and hands on experience for the past 20 years. In the many years in health care, watching people fall through the healthcare "cracks" has fueled my desire to be a healthcare coordinator, guiding you through the medical maze. Helping you achieve the highest level of wellness and/or comfort within your health challenge(s) is my goal.
